You’re probably wondering how to pronounce my name. Via text, I would describe it as ‘San-shear-ah’ but I also go by Sany! I always tell people my life will be complete when I meet someone with the same name.  Born and raised in the vibrant community of Fort Saskatchewan, I developed appreciation for tight knit communities. Seeking to broaden my horizons later on, I moved to Edmonton to pursue an undergraduate degree in legal studies and athletic career in basketball. This journey brought me to the community that I now call home today. Through experience, I quickly learned the importance of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork—values that have seamlessly translated into my real estate practice.

Beyond my work in real estate, I find great joy in giving back to my community through my  passion for basketball. I currently volunteer as a basketball coach, mentoring and inspiring young athletes to achieve their full potential both on and off the court. I work tirelessly to ensure every athlete is given an equal opportunity to compete. This involvement allows me to stay connected to the sports scene and reinforces my belief in the power of teamwork and personal development.

In addition to my love for sports and community, I have an appreciation for adventure and exploration. One of my most memorable experiences was renovating the interior of an imported Japanese minivan and living inside it for several months, whilst traveling across western Canada. This unique journey provided me with invaluable insights into the joys and challenges of living in small spaces, as well as a n appreciation for the beauty and diversity our country has to offer. This experience has allowed me to better understand the unique needs and desires of clients who seek alternative living spaces or have a preference for unconventional properties.

I've always had an appreciation for the concept of homes and the stories they hold. To me, a home is more than just a physical structure; it is a sanctuary where individuals and families can find comfort and create lasting memories. Whether it's through my work in real estate or simply lending an empathetic ear, I take joy in helping others discover their own safe haven, a place where they can unwind, grow, and cherish the moments that shape their lives.
